If you are shipping a small amount of goods, there is no need to worry about being charged for extra space in your shipment container. NY International Shipping performs constant consolidations from anywhere in the USA as well as the rest of the world! Regardless of where you are moving from or moving to, NY International Shipping’s crew of professionally trained international movers will carefully pack your goods and add your shipment to our ongoing consolidations. Each small shipment is separately crated and properly labeled so that shipments are not confused with someone else’s in the same container. NY International Shipping will only bill each client for the volume he or she actually uses, rather than for the entire container.

What will this cost?

Clients are only billed for the actual volume they use for shipping their goods. The final price is based on the total number of cubic feet of each client’s shipment. NY International Shipping offers professional packing services, using special materials to ensure maximum protection and security. Your shipment is then brought to our warehouse where it will be measured a final time. Using this final measurement, NY International Shipping will generate a bill for the cost of shipping your goods overseas using only the total number of cubic feet for your shipment.

Packing and special crates

NY International Shipping uses only the best in packing materials designed specifically for international relocation. We use a combination of corrugated paper and padded materials to secure your goods. Many unlicensed, unreliable movers will charge additionally for packing your goods and cut corners by using cheap packing materials. NY International Shipping uses only the most effective packing materials and never charges for packing—packing and packing materials are already included in the total cost.
If you wish to ship any items that require additional protection, NY International Shipping will custom crate your goods. We offer custom creates, wood-free crates and other specialty crates made in our own private facility. NY International Shipping is pleased to be able to offer custom crates, built by our own carpenters, to suit the special and specific needs of every client who needs them.

Most commonly used, door-to-door Ocean Freight is a full service option preferred by many clients. For our door-to-door services, NY International Shipping will send a crew of professionally trained overseas movers to your residence. Our overseas movers will pack all of your goods directly into a container or transport them to our warehouse for storage. From there, your shipment will be transported to the port of departure where it will go through customs. Once your shipment has arrived via Ocean Freight and cleared customs, NY International Shipping will deliver your shipment to your new residence. A crew of professional overseas movers will unpack your shipment and remove any packing materials at your residence.

Customers have the option to load containers themselves. NY International Shipping can leave the container at a client’s residence for a few hours or overnight—whatever is most convenient! Once a client has completed loading his/her container, NY International Shipping will transport the container to the port of departure and see the shipment through from there.

Shipping by Ocean Freight Beginning to End

Step 1: NY International Shipping will arrive on the scheduled pick up day with a trained, professional crew and truck.

Step 2: The crew will make a detailed inventory list of all of the belongings to be packed prior to loading/packing.

Step 3: The truck is loaded at your residence and then either brought to the warehouse for storage or consolidation prior to shipping.

Step 4: Your goods will be loaded into an Ocean Freight carrier.

Step 5: Once your goods have been delivered to the destination port and cleared customs, we will deliver your shipment to your new residence.

Step 6: Your shipment will be unpacked at your new residence and all packing debris will be removed.
