Throughout the moving process, Mr. Mazafi and his team kept in constant contact, and made every step transparent and simple. I could always count on easy access to Mr. Mazafi on a daily basis to quickly resolve any issues or answer any questions. When complications related to the move would arise, Mr. Mazafi would be the first to contact me, and made himself available both in and out of the office, and during non-office hours. This kind of top-level access and accountability, though unexpected, was a welcome surprise. I believe other customers will find that this attention to its customers is what differentiates NY International Shipping from its peers in the business.
I would recommend NY International Shipping to anyone else coordinating an overseas relocation and would certainly use them against in the future.
