Logistic Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in logistics
  • Knowledge of Import & Export Documentation: BOL instructions, AES/SED filing / ISF Filing / Document presentation and preparation etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Ability of searching agents online.
  • Knowledge of the Household goods Industry is a ++
  • Timeliness in sending updates, meeting documentation deadlines, fluency in English, good customer service skills, readily able to speak with clients, constant liaisoning with customers about day to day shipment status, team working capability.
  • Constant follow up with clients to receive all the necessary documentation in the stipulated time frame.
  • Researching  rates (Origin rates, Trucking to Port, Ocean/Air Freight rates,  and destination rates)
  • Negotiating rates with agents worldwide, S/S lines, origin agents, trucking companies etc.
  • Good Understanding about measurement of cargo, all shipping and logistics terms etc.
  • Handling customer feedbacks and complaints, resolving insurance matters if any, collecting and sending documents to/from all parties involved.
