Our Customers Say...

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in reference to NY International Shipping and its owner, Mr. David Mazafi. Earlier this year, I was selected by my company (a mid-sized financial services firm based in NYC), to coordinate the overseas relocation of several of our employees to London. After spending a great deal of time screening other potential vendors, including some other reputable competitors, we selected NY International Shipping.

The selection of NY International Shipping was ultimately made on a combination of factors including reputation (via other contacts in the moving industry), price, and responsiveness, on which NY International Moving has delivered. I expected the task of relocation to be complicated, lengthy, and full of obstacles. However, Mr. Mazafi and his team at NY International Shipping provided outstanding service and made this daunting task painless and straightforward.

Throughout the moving process, Mr. Mazafi and his team kept in constant contact, and made every step transparent and simple. I could always count on easy access to Mr. Mazafi on a daily basis to quickly resolve any issues or answer any questions. When complications related to the move would arise, Mr. Mazafi would be the first to contact me, and made himself available both in and out of the office, and during non-office hours. This kind of top-level access and accountability, though unexpected, was a welcome surprise. I believe other customers will find that this attention to its customers is what differentiates NY International Shipping from its peers in the business.

I would recommend NY International Shipping to anyone else coordinating an overseas relocation and would certainly use them against in the future.
Sincerely,

...
